  Hi everyone my name Craig Turner the reason for me joining FitReach is that i'd like to tone up. I've already been on a diet plan (weightwatcher) for the last 2years and lost in total 4st 6lb that i'm very proud of but now i've lost the extra weight i'd would like to tone my body in all areas and i'm hoping that with hard work and FitReach that i'll be able to reach my new goal, so if anyone got tip's i'd be very grateful
